How long after bd, does semen start looking like ewcm

How long after bd, does semen start looking like ewcm? I also used preeseed (sp?).

After laying down for an hour after bd I went to the toilet. I wiped and there was clear slippery. That would be the preeseed I guess. Then there was a long stringy, very stretchy ewcm look-a-like. Would that be semen?
I also think I am fertile. I didn't have ewcm today. Just watery cm.
