How long after your initial HCG drop did you miscarry?

My levels grew very slightly from 5+2 to 5+4 (544 to 590). I had another blood draw today 5+6 and it's been confirmed it's dropped to 300 (and something can't remember exactly).

When can I expect the miscarriage to happen roughly? When did you experience the worst of the miscarriage after your levels dropped? I am due to travel 6.5 hours and not sure when I should make the journey. It needs to be between now and Friday so don't know whether to leave ASAP or wait as it will be very soon.

I am currently bleeding but not as heavy as a period.

My levels were much higher but it was about 5 or 6 weeks after the drop in HCG that I miscarried.

Since yours are so low I would expect it to happen sooner however it's all a guessing game. You can wait it out or help it along with a d&c or medical management.

I had a d&c for two of my three miscarriages but the last one failed so I ended up miscarrying naturally. Just know that if you do travel it may happen while you are away. Since you are so early it will most likely feel like a heavy period.
