How long can sperm live?

I've heard many different stories.. Some say sperm can live up to 5 days and some only survive for 1-2 days?

Which one is true? I believe I ovulated today CD 19 and we had sex on CD 16..
Is there anyway I can still get pregnant?

Female sperm live longer than male sperm, but male sperm swim faster. They CAN live up to 5 days, but most are between 2-3 days.

In ideal conditions (with ewcm/watery cm) 5-7 days. In rest of conditions they are likely to die soon.

I've read up to 5 days. We conceived DD by doing the baby dance 3-4 days before O, so I would say at least 3 days But I had lots of fertile cervical mucus and we used preseed and softcups to get as many swimmers as we could.

I've conceived with soonest BD 7 days before ovulation so I know it can live 7 days. My twin BOYS were 4 & 5 days before so that girls live longer is crap!
