how long did your spotting/bleeding last after a sweep?

heya, after my sweep yesterday i started getting what i think was my plug last night, not all of it i don't think, since then ive had constant brown tinted discharge (lovely, sorry!) and quite alot of it also!

is this normal? the midwife did say i'd get abit of spotting but this much? :/

also, were your cramps on and off?
or more constant and regular?

I haven't had a sweep but had an internal examination yesterday and am still spotting and have a brown mucus discharge (sorry if thats TMI!)
The hospital said not to be alarmed as long as it doesn't come back bright fresh red.
Not sure how similar the 2 things are but hopefully might help?!

Ooo and in terms of cramps I seem to get them on and off - anything between 5 minutes and an hour at a time.
