    Hiya

I was wondering how long your LO stays awake for and do they whinge a lot while awake? I can feed, change and love LO but she still gets whingy and cries etc. I was wondering if this is just her or if most babys do this.

you have a very young baby, and that age babies are still a bit sullen from being removed so forcibly from their warm soft womb bed! Most babies around a month like to sleep every 1.5-2 hours.

My LO is nearing 6 months and if she is awake longer than 3-4 hours she gets a bit whingey.

Sophie was like that at that age, she is 7 weeks tomorrow and is awake much more and more interested in whats going on. Although still has her whingey moments!
