After ive warmed the expressed milk, how long does lo get to drink it? I know you can use formula for 2 hours but not sure about breastmilk?

Id personally throw it if not consumed within an hour.

The scbu my baby has just come out of say for breast milk 4 hours at room temp. 3 days in fridge. 3months in freezer. If the milk had Been warmed it would be thrown after the feed had ended so within an hour.

I think there are other opinions though.

Kelly mom says it can be probably be used safely for the next feeding. Hope that link helps!

1 hours - As is formula.

I go by the 6 rule. 60 mins room temp, 6 days in the fridge, 6 months in the freezer.

The 6 rule applies to FRESH breastmilk, not milk that has been heated for use.

Fresh breastmilk (I.e just pumped!):
6 hours room temp
6 days refrigerated
6 months frozen storage

Once any of the above methods have been used and the milk heated, discard within the hour of the feed.
