How longer after standing unsupported do they walk?

For a week Lucas has been able to stand up completely unsupported for about 15 seconds, will he be walking soon?? Or could it be months?

I think generally they start walking soon after standing unsupported. Ruby didn't though, she's been standing unsupported for a good while but isn't interested in walking at all

I'm wondering the same thing as LO has been standing for about a week now. He really, really wants to walk although I don't think he is as stable as he needs to be yet.

It was about 8 weeks for us! She did some tottering steps shortly after standing, but it was more like controlled falling than walking! She's started properly walking this week.
