How many days? Mine is fairly long (29-32), average 30.5. does this have any bearing on fertilty? I heard somewhere that the cycle shortens by two days as you get older? Does anyone know if this is true?

I don't think it has any bearing on your fertility. My cycle is average of 28-29 days.

Menopause will shorten it I suppose.
But until then, your cycle length sounds good

The length of your cycle doesn't matter in your fertility, as long as you don't have more than a 40 day cycle. Women with 40+day cycles most likely have an underlying issue causing it, such as not ovulating. However, even a 40 day cycle can be normal, it just depends on the person. Also, a cycle that is too short can cause problems too.

ETA: My cycles used to be SUPER long. I went 6 months without a period. Since I started clomid they now have an average of 34 days.
