how many feeds does your LO have and how much are they taking at each feed?

just out of interest really, this is more geared towards those who bottle feed. my LO is 8 weeks old and has 4/5 feeds a day and takes 6/7 oz at each feed. x

archie has 5 feeds a day, 7oz during the day and 8oz before bed

At 8 wks Omar was only taking 5 feeds 4 oz. Now he takes 4 feeds 6-7 oz (cant go for more than 28 oz in 24 hrs). Today I gave him one 8 oz feed. He's a big baby & was 13 lbs 60 cms at 8 wks. But he takes anti reflux formula which is thick & filling.

Evie is 4 months old today and is taking 5 6oz bottles per day altho she doesnt drain them all. She dropped a bottle a few weeks back and is now taking roughly around 26oz per day instead of about 32oz. She's still putting on weight in the 75th percentile tho so we're not worried

My LO has 5 bottles a day. I always make 8oz bottles, but she never has the whole bottle. She has anywhere between 5-7oz 5 times a day.

Sophie can have up to 9 feeds a day and takes 2-4oz each time, rarely 5. I think its still too early for her belly to be stretched enough to fit in more so she can go longer. Its terrible through the night, she tends to have 2oz ever 2 hours, but takes 1 hour to drop off so really we are only getting 1 hours sleep and awake for 2. Thinking of co-sleeping.

wow that's good! Laila is 3 months and has 5 bottles a day and drinks anywhere between 4-6oz but won't take anymore.. still putting weight on tho xx

6oz bottles 5 times a day although some feeds she may only want 3oz, but shes gaining weight fine

my boys are 8 weeks old (only 8.5lb ish though) and on 8x120ml (4oz) bottles - we are desperately trying to cut the three hourly feeds down through the night but no joy atm but are considering ourselves lucky they are both on the same routine lol.

at that age my LO was taking 6 5.5 ozs per day.

we've just gone to 5 6 oz per day (same quantity different number of feeds)

however, she seems like she needs more so we're upping to a couple of 7oz - one in the morning and one in the evening

My Anna was taking about 6 feeds of around 4 oz a day at 8wks old.

Now she has dropped the 4am feed - but taking 5 oz usually. So about 25 oz a day max - sometimes she only has nearer 20oz.

I spoke to HV as I was a bit worried that she is not really making up for the missed feed but HV was not concerned at all even tho she is only in 9-25th centile.
