How many oz/bottles...then and now

Jsut curious as to when your LO's starting upping her milk intake.

My LO has been at 4oz every 2-3 hours since she was two months and she is now four months so I would assume she would drink more now. I sometimes offer her 5oz but she doesn't finish it.

How old is your LO?
How many oz does baby drink at every feeding and how many hours apart are feedings?
When did LO start drinking more at each feeding?

My LO is almost 2 months. He takes 5 x 6oz bottles per day, occasionally 6. Although mostly drinks around 5.5oz per bottle.

He generally eats every 3-4 hours, last bottle at 8pm and next bottle around 7.30-8am.

He started as a newborn in 3oz, we've generally upped the bottle amount when he regularly drains the bottle and seems dissatisfied after feeding. Interestingly each time we increase the oz he drops a feed, although I suspect this will stop now he doesn't regularly have a night feed.

I guess they are like us we all just have different appetites.

When Evie was 4 Weeks old (when I stopped expressing) she was taking 2-3oz every 3 hours. She's now 9 weeks and taking roughly 3-4oz every 2/3 hours, although she did go through a stage of taking 5oz every few hours but for some reason that tailed off! It is worrying but I guess all babies are different! xx

My LO is a month today. I BF at first so didn't know how much she was taking, then as soon as i put her on formula (at 2 weeks) i started giving her 4oz every 2-3 hours. The past few days i have been giving her 5oz every 2-3 hours but sometimes she dosn't take it all. She tends to always leave a little bit so i do waste quite alot of formula but she just dosn't have any routine really.

Rhys is close to 5 months old and only started upping his bottles from 6X4-5 ounce bottles in 24 hours a day to 4X7 ounce bottles and 1X5 ounce bottle during the day. He's also finally stopped his night bottle (hopefully it will stay that way ) He seems to have skipped 6 ounce bottles altogether

My LO has started having 8/9oz, 4 or 5 times a day, usually about every 4 hours. She has managed to polish off nearly 12oz a few times! I'm not sure where she puts it all!!

Mine is 3 months old and he has 4 bottles of 8-9 oz (as much as I can fit in the tommee tippee bottles!) and one bottle of around 3 oz for his dream feed which we think we will drop in the next week or so

Interestingly he upped his bottles about 3 weeks ago - he started actually refusing to take more at some feeds for a few days then suddenly dropped his night feed an since then drains the full bottle! Think he was just trying to change his schedule

James is just about 6 months and doesn't really have anymore in a day than he had at 3 weeks old - he just has slightly bigger amounts but less bottles! I've given up worrying, he used to have 6 bottles now he has 3-4 a day and has anything from 15-20 oz in total! x

My baby girl will be 11 weeks old soon and she has been having 5oz every 3/4 hours for a while now, she is draining most of the bottles through the day so will start to try her on 6oz as sometimes she cries out for more, all babies will let you know if they want more or if they have had enough
