How much access is he likely to get?

My ex is going to a lawyer about access to adam.

Here is the situation:

1. I allow him as much access as he wants provided its at mine for the time being as I suffer from anxiety and PND and have panic attacks even thinking about leaving adam - however I have agreed to try and allow him and hour at his with lo on his (my exes) birthday in 2 weeks time, even if it means im parked outside his house , seen as its his birthday

2. I am breastfeeding still, he feeds around 6 times a day and about 4 times during the night

3. I co-sleep - he will settle with noone else even when my ex lived with us

4. I have agreed that when I feel me and adam are ready I will allow him regular access to have lo at his as I want them to have a close relationship but definitely not overnights until I am firstly done bfing (only produce milk in one breast so cannot express) and also when Adam is in his own bed and we no longer co-sleep


If ive missed anything just ask - just looking for some advice as im clueless with what he's entitled to.
