Rent: £475.
Council Tax: £90.
Electricity: £48 (only for now, as I've accrued credit, so paying less till it's used up. Should be £90~).
Contents Insurance: £16.39.
TV Insurance: £10.00.
OH's Life Insurance: £12.98.
TV License: £12.12.
DC Chess Subscription: £15.98.

Groceries: £150.

So all in, on a usual month (when electricity is at normal price) we spend approx £1120 a month on bills.

Usually spend a few hundred on games, movies and stuff per month too xx

Everything, Inc debts, petrol, food & childcare - £2k

What do I win? Xxx

Well OH and I take in about 4k and although we are not skint at the end of a month, we're not awash with cash either. I have no idea what our actual outgoings are but I'm guessing it's about 3.5k. I have no idea what it is all spent on either! I guess I should go and find out!

All bills/food/petrol and savings, about £2300.

Why are the months so long? Our outgoings now are around $5k minimum:wacko: We're a family of 6 in San Diego...

£1724

This includes everything basic; Food, Bills, Hobbies, Savings, Petrol, Childcare etc....

But this is doesn't include if we go out or if we go over on our weekly shop.

I work out everything on a 5 week month and there aren't many if any months where we have to stretch 5 full weeks between pay days.

Mortgage £700 (only live in a small 3 bed semi)
Gas/electricity £93
Council tax £99
Water £28
Phone/Internet/TV £45
Mobile phones £32
Loan £330
Credit cards £50
Pet insurance £30
Contents/buildings insurance £20
Car insurance £38
Phone insurance £14
Life insurance £37.50
Petrol £210
Dog food £60
Food: I dread to think but probably around £600 I have a terrible supermarket habit

Adds up to about £2386.50 per month :nope: I think I seriously need to find some savings here!

ETA: just realised we spend £140 just on insurance :o That's just ridiculous but sod's law means the minute I cancel it something will go wrong :growlmad:

about 7k :( I won't break it all down because it's depressing!

Yup a month, our morgage is huge, it's worth it and we manage JUST. DF has a very good job. It's just so painful watching it all going out rather than staying in our bank balance.
