I'm only 21 weeks. I feel it most from laying down a lot, which I am trying to do because my midwife told me to rest more.
But my lower back just ACHES so much and I feel it's because I'm laying down on the time or something...
Do you experience this too? How much back ache is normal for the stage I'm at? Any tips to make it better? I was thinking of going swimming or something to help, or maybe some light yoga. Do the big pregnancy pillows help?
