how much milk - coming up to 8 weeks

my little boy will be 8 weeks on sunday and he is on 5oz every 4 hours has 5/6 in a 24 hour period (depending if he wakes in the night for one but he usally only takes 2-3oz of that one) but he seems starving over the last couple of days on a evening 7pm onwards he is crying and sucking at his fists and when i feed him makes noise like he has never been fed before do i need to up the amount im feeding him or is it about where it should be

Sounds about right hun. If he's draining every bottle that you give him then it's definately time to move up an ounce tho! He could be having a growth spurt if you say he's seemed hungrier the last couple of days. Does he seem a little sleepier or fussier with it too? Some babies just get extra hungry with a growth spurt.
