I get married 10 weeks after baby is born. i am sceard i am not going to feel the same has i did when i tryed it on last:blush: cuz of all the wieght i have put on. upto now its 13lb :dohh: i am really trying xxxx

It's horrible isn't it.

I've put on 3stone since I started my new job in oct which has been because of the job and the baby and I think it's getting ridiculous now.

I'm really going to start eating healthy and see if it helps!

I think you need to try your dress on soon after baby I born and then when you've lost a bit of baby weight you'll notice the difference the next time u try it on.

Otherwise get some spanx!!! ;0)

So far I've put on 6lb and I'm 14 weeks, I get married 10 months after baby's born so I'm trying to eat as healthy as I can and see how it goes, xxx

I'm nearly 20 weeks and I've put on 6 pounds, but I'm overweight so need to be careful

I have gained 1 lb as of my 26 week appointment. I don't think there really is a normal. Each body and pregnancy is different. If you're getting the nutrition you and baby need, and your doctor is happy, then I wouldn't be too worried. You should lose a lot of it when baby is born. Hope everything goes well! :)

I've gained 26 lbs so far... I would feel horrible about it but I gained 56 lbs my first pregnancy and I did everything a lot like I have been this time , I walk daily I eat healthy and don't "pig out" ... I cave to my cravings because I didn't get to at all with my last pregnancy so I feel I deserve that :p my doctor has no problems with my weight gain and actually tells me I don't look any different anywhere except for my belly so I suppose I'm in the clear :)

Don't fret... 13lbs at 20 weeks is not that bad! You've got to remember that a lot of it is water and bloat. After baby is born there are ways... they may not be the healthiest, but there are ways to slim down quickly. If ou're not going to breast feed, prescription diet pills can get you there.

So far I've gained 3lbs. BUT I'm still 3 stone heavier than beforeI'm had my daughter so I'm really trying to keep an eye on it.

I couldn't BF last time but I'm hoping if it works out this time then I'll lose some of the weight from my last pregnancy too.

I know how you feel i also lost weight before I've gained 11lb at 19 weeks. I'm worried anout that. x

Only 6 pounds by 15 weeks but am 3 pounds up overnight and my appt is tomorrow so I'm freaking out even more about right now, so now 9 pounds and I'm overweight to begin with. And the thing is that I'm not eating poorly which is even more upsetting. I can't believe I saw the number o saw this morning - havent seen I in years since I lost a lot of weight.

I am right on track according to online weight tracker, I've put on around 14 lbs & will be 25 weeks tomorrow.

Everyone is different. Some put on 60, some 25lbs. Some women also gain a lot in the beginning and not so much in 3rd trimester. I didn't gain much till 3rd. I was up 7 pounds at 30 weeks, and gained another 13 the last 10 weeks (but baby gains 1/2 pound per week after 32 weeks) I worked out so much though to only gain 20lbs, but 1 year later im 40 pounds lighter than I was the day I gave birth to him and size 0 jeans. Before him I was in a size 5

My pre pregnancy weight was 112-113 ish and I just had a doctors appointment on the 22nd and I weighed 124lbs, so I've gained 12 lbs so far and I'm 22 weeks pregnant. And according to my doctor my weight is perfectly fine and healthy. I agree with alot of the other posts that it does really depend on the woman. So many factors come into effect like eating, weight before hand, if the baby takes after you or the father more depending on size, how your metabolism is, exercise levels. So I really don't think there is a perfect norm for pregnancy weight gain. As long as you and the baby are healthy it's good :)

I've already put on 8kg (about 18lb) and I'm almost 25 weeks. It seems like a lot but I am quite tall and have had comments that I don't look like I've put any on except for the bump so am not going to worry about it. x

I'm 18 weeks and have put on 13lbs already I was probably 20lbs over weight when I got pregnant tho. I am really trying hard to watch what I eat but we seam to be going out to eat far more recently and it's not helping. I have an app on my phone which says that I am 2lbs over what I should be at this stage!!!

I have put one about 8lbs coming up 14 weeks. Think I was about the same last preg

Everyone is different and every pregnancy is different. So far this pregnancy I've gained 2 lbs at 21 weeks. Up till 2 weeks ago I had gained nothing. My last pregnancy I had put on a lot more at this stage and I don't think I'm doing anything different, so I think it just depends !!

I'm at the midwife tomorrow - not sure what I've put on yet but as I'm so hungry all the time I wouldn't be surprised if its loads.

Just ate my lunch in work (a panini, side salad and a drink) and I'm still hungry!!! Stomach is still grumbling away! Going to have to go and get a bag of crisps or something in a minute!

I've put on 18 lbs since being pregnant !
I'm thinking its because I was 110 lbs before, but I feel so horrible about myself ! :(
I'm probably up 20 lbs now.m cause last time I weighed myself was 21 weeks and I'm now 23.

I'm almost 20 weeks and have put on about 12lbs. I blame most of that on the constant carb eating between weeks 6-11 to try and curb the awful nausea I had!
