I am on weight watchers and i just wondered if anyone knew how much points would be in a portion of a home-made beef cassrole?

It depends on how much meat there is, potatoes etc

It'd be really hard to point without having a rough idea, unless you took the points from a ready meal sort of thing?

The best thing is to use the recipe builder calculator on their website. You can put in the exact ingredients and amount and it will output the points.
