how often can i use my doppler?

I use it about twice a week now, once I start feeling movement I probably won't use it at all. But now I am in that odd stage where all symptoms are gone, no real bump and no movement yet ugh!! I only listen for a minute or so at a time also, my doctor said it is fine to use in moderation.
