How often does FOB see LO?

OH is going to court for access even though I allow him access anyway - explained in GS.

I was wandering how much access he would be granted through court? And how much the average was for a father to see their LO?

if u go through the courts they'll probably jus help u set somethin up thats mutually agreeable... so it'll be the same as what ur doin now... unless he's pushin for more contact... then it'll be upto the magistrate how much contact he gets.
he's either bein an arse or jus wants it all legal.
2 of my friends had a baby together... split up... they're not the best of friends - but did have a mutual understanding... he still went through courts to get in down legally to ensure that both sides could enforce their visitation rights if necessary.

well FOB see's the kids on saturdays for a few hours, but id prefer him to have them the whole weekend (as he usually goes to watch football on sat's and his mum has them!) and he says how much he'd love to see them yet doesnt do anything about it x

Hardly ever, he's meant to see her one day a week on a tuesday, but i have to more or less force him to xxx

My FOB took his ex to court for access to his daughter.

He got granted 3 hours every other week, then after a year they upped it to 6 hours every other week.

So think it depends completely on the court and whats best for baby, where you all live, etc etc.

My FOB has seen Bella once for 4 hours.

Fob birth sees lily one a wednesday for three hours and over night friday till fiveon a saturday. We still get on too so if im ever stuck he will drop anything to help me out with her.I want her to have a good relationship with him because he really is a good dad. Xx

FOB has seen LO once when he was less than a week old and we're going through court right now Im just waiting on his contact application to be made then we have to go back to court to "discuss access"

But in all honesty the way I feel right now it will be a case of FOB saying Jump and a judge saying "how high" I havn't been listened to on anything that's happened so far so don't see my own decision's or opinions being taken into account when it comes to contact.

Whenever he can be bothered and after me pestering. Normally about an hour every other week! He is on his last chance now. I've been very nice to him on FB and if he doesn't turn up before sunday i'm not inviting him round anymore.

Don't worry too much about overnights. If you are not comfortable with it but show you are willing to be flexible about any other times i doubt it would be granted. x
