How often?

Did your 12 day old need a feed? Mine had 3oz at half 2, 3oz at 4 and now keeps winging and chewing hands. I don't wanna over feed him...

Toby is 11 days old and he is drinking 4oz every four hours or so. I got told by my MW that if he is showing signs of being hungry then to feed him.. He never seems 'over fed' and it sends him straight back to sleep / to poop / or just makes him content.xx

I know! He is such a piggy. He got weighed on day 5 and lost 3% of his birth weight so went down too 7lbs 1oz and got weighed again today on day 11 and was 7lbs 11oz! So I know that changing to formula was the best decision I made - he is a totally different baby.

The first couple of weeks DD2 was feeding really often during the day (but luckily went l 3-5 hours through out the night right from the start). She would have 2-3.5oz every 1.5-2 hours during the day!

my dd gets feed every 3 to 4 hours and will take 5oz each feed but from 5pm till 9 she will drink 3 5oz bottles but then goes from 9pm till 2ish an only takes 2oz an then will sleep till about half 6ish and will drink 5oz again
