How 'sensitive' is this test?

I bought a 2 pack asda branded pregnancy test.
On the packaging it says you can test 4 days before af.

The test will detect hCG at a concentration of 15mlU/mL or greater
the presence of LH (500mlU/mL), FSH (1000mlU/mL), TSH (1000ulU/mL) does not interfere with the result.

What does the above mean? And will it give a reliable result 4 days before af?

Its a pretty sensitive test. Old school tests wouldn't pick up anything below 50, and I think 10-15 is pretty standard on cheapies.

Either way it wouldn't hurt to test with it. Just be sure not to keep staring at it after the timeline as sensitive tests can also tend to give horrible evaps.

15mIU/ml is very sensitive So yes, you can test 4 days before your expected af if you'd like. When it comes to early testing, I try to get nothing about 25mIU/ml but of course the lower the number, the better!

...unless your luteal phase is pretty short, then 4 days before AF might not work out (mines 11 days so if I tested 4 days early I would never expect to see anything).

I don't know whether to test or not. I'm expecting af on Friday but now I'm getting af symptoms. Seems like a waste of a test now.

It could still be too soon but who knows Have you been ttc for long? On average, a perfectly healthy couple who is actively ttc will conceive within 3 months. But as long as it's within a year, it's still normal. It took 4 months of actively ttc for me to get my bfp.

Blue water I feel same I got what feels like period cramps tonite I'm due on in 4 days. I've just been to doctors and got antibiotics for a uti. I did a test yesterday at 9dpo n was bfn. I'm getting tired of doing it too I think I. Will leave it next month n ntnp x

I think i may have had implantation bleeding.
Or it may be af about to start.
Guess only time (and a test) will tell.
