How Soon Did You Know You Were Preggie?

How many DPO were you when you just "knew" you were preggie and what made you feel this way?

I tested at 13 dpo out of TTC habit (My luteal phase has always been 12 days). I had absolutely no symptoms at all and really did not think I was pregnant. I was VERY surpised when my cb digi told me I was 1-2 weeks pregnant!

With my daughter, I took the test at 14dpo. My breasts had been hurting severely for about 3 or 4 days prior (They hurt a H*LL of alot more then what they usually did with PMS) so I figured I was pregnant and I was right.

With my son, I tested at 15 or 16 dpo. Had no symptoms other then a missed period.... and way back then I had regular periods so I just "felt" I was pregnant based on that.... and I was right.

I think it was 11DPO.... and I knew for the simple fact that I had been testing multiple times per day since 7DPO.

That morning though, I knew it was my turn for a BFP because I had a strange warm sensation in my lower tummy and vaginal area... its like bean was announcing his presence before I peed on my stick!

I had every symptom under the sun! Nausea, sore boobs, feeling horny, hot flashes, hunger, vivid dreams...

I got my BFP on the day I was supposed to start my period but the worst wave of nausea and what I consider the first sign occurred 3 DPO.

I had a 'gut feeling' about 2 or 3 dpo....started testing at 8dpo and didn't get my VERY faint positive until 12/13 dpo!

i knew about 10 dpo even before i got a line because i was the moodiest bitch going and i snapped at everyone!! but offically i found out at 12 dpo

I was 10dpo when i tested and got a faint positive.... i felt it like i had the previous times and i had started to pee more too. I got a strong positive at 13 dpo.

i also had a gut feeling very early on, probably around 5 or 6dpo i would say, but i tested 8,9 and 10 dpo on early tests and they were all bfn. id pretty much convinced myself i was out and at 11 dpo i woke up with awful cramps and was convinced af was coming. i ran to the loo but nothing. i was due to go to work that morning and just before i left i decided to poas, i dont actually know why, and there was my bfp! was so shocked.
the main symptom i had in the 2ww was dull low back pain that started from about 7dpo. i was convinced i just had a strong af coming, but that turned out to be my main symptom and i still get it from time to time now.
must say dont think i would of been testing unless my af was late that month if the pregnancy was unplanned, was only testing as was actively ttc

I kind of knew about 5 days before my missed period as I had a slight implantation bleed. My cycles have always been regular as clock work with no spotting in between so I knew exactly what it must be

I didn't test until 5 weeks though. I didn't want to test early and risk getting a false negative as I thought I would probably start stressing about what caused the bleed, lol x

@ 6dpo had cramping all day ..........was so hoping it was implantation cramps and it was!!! dh said @ 8dpo "hun ur boobs look bigger"
and at 9dpo got my bfp

isnt that just like a man to notice lol!

with my first i had implantation bleeding with my second no bleeding but my boobs started leaking again (theyre a year apart)

i was sat in house 9dpo and had the most strangest feelin to go a buy a test, and turned out it was

I found out at 13dpo and while I might have guessed I had been in such a bad mood for 4 days that I thought I would like to know that AF was going to appear the next day rather than it just hit me so took a test - couldn't believe it when I saw that second line. I might have guessed at 9dpo as I had a very heightened sense of smell.

With DD I just knew at 13dpo as I felt faint and just "funny" that morning. Got my BFP shortly after feeling faint.

It's ironic, but the cycle we conceived we were NTNP, and I hadn't given it any thought. I didnt have a clue where I was in my cycle and one day I just tested! (After not testing in ages, because we were truly not trying) .. It was positive. I found out later that I was only 4+3. Not far off from when I would've tested if we were trying

Now I know what they mean when they say sometimes it's just instinctual.

I wasn't testing incessantly (like I used to when we first started to TTC) because we had give up hope in conceiving naturally, and were waiting for our IVF treatment to start in August.

I was on holiday and didn't have any tests on me but when my 'spotting' didn't give way to a full period, I kind of knew. I didn't have any other unusual symptoms. I finally managed to get a HPT at 14 DPO and it was positive.

How did it smell? Mine was slightly sulphuric LOL and I wondered about the connection.

Sulfuric is a good description. There is just a particular "chemical" smell where there usually is no scent at all. In all honesty it may just be the superhero sense of smell I get when pregnant, heh.

I wasn't really expecting it this month as I'd had 14 psychic readings (I know, I know MAD! ) and they'd all said conception/bfp September so my mind was focused on that month. I had done my cbfm and opks and dtd at the right times and all.
I got serious af cramps at 11 dpo so put a pad on and waited for (what I thought was) the inevitable but af never showed... Seeing as I'd only come off the pill 2 months prior I just figured my period wasn't regular just yet and was expecting to see af the next day... nothing. Then the night after I got a really vivid dream that I did a test and it came up positive, so as soon as I woke up, without thinking I took a test to the bathroom and couldn't believe my eyes as I watched the line develop lol
I ran into df who was still asleep, shoved the test under his nose saying "is this a line??!!" He was like... "hmm I see 2 lines... what is this??" (I was always shoving opks under his nose so it wasn't much difference to him, bless him!)
