How to cover a tattoo?

This might sound like a really stupid post/question, but when I was 18, studying H&SC I got a tattoo for my Nana. She was obsessed with the star of David, I don't know why but she loved it. So I got it tattoo'd on my wrist.

Now, I have been applying for jobs a care homes (elderly) and I'm going to a recuitment day tomorrow then an interview next week. I am just wondering if there is any way of covering this tattoo in case it offends any of the service users (I know, I should of thought about that when I first got it! ).

Im sure there is special tattoo cover up, or failing getting hold of that some pretty bangles,bracelets could do it.

you can get special make up to cover tats.. dont ask me where from though. lol

Iether wear a long sleeve top or blouse, bangles or a watch or buy some cover up make up but I'd be wary because if you rub it or anything itll come off. Good luck with interview Hun xx

The coverup stuff is expensive, i'd just go with a long sleeved shirt or bracelets.

I doubt it would be of any offence though, I'm completely covered in tattoos - both my arms, full legs, chest etc and I've never had any problems getting a job.

My sister is a make up artist and covers up tats etc all the time so I will ask her when I see her next what they use and how you can get hold of it.

ditto! im covered just as much and its never affected interviews, it's bizarrely the piercings and pink hair they usually comment on!
