So, 16 months after giving birth to my daughter I am still 10 lbs over what I need to be for my height and general health. I am still breastfeeding and unfortunately am not one of those ladies lucky enough to be able to melt off the lbs. My night feeds cause me to stay sleepy during the day thus my lack of motivation for working out. Also, I am a sugar addict and food lover..
At the moment I am 140 lbs but would love to be back down to 130 WHY IS IT SO HARD TO DO? any advice or programs that really helped you would be appreciated.
