How to lose the last 10 lbs…HELP!

So, 16 months after giving birth to my daughter I am still 10 lbs over what I need to be for my height and general health. I am still breastfeeding and unfortunately am not one of those ladies lucky enough to be able to melt off the lbs. My night feeds cause me to stay sleepy during the day thus my lack of motivation for working out. Also, I am a sugar addict and food lover..
At the moment I am 140 lbs but would love to be back down to 130…WHY IS IT SO HARD TO DO? any advice or programs that really helped you would be appreciated. :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:
 
I alternated cardio and strength training workouts, and stuck to my calorie goal. It definitely gets harder the closer you get to your ideal body weight! My progress has slowed down a lot since reaching the low 130s.
