How to make blue jelly??

Anyone know how I would do this??

My local Tesco sell jell-o, not sure if they have blue but is this the same??

Any ideas how to get blue jelly?

How about using gelatine and flavouring/colouring it with one of those blue drinks cups?

I've googled and there is a blue jell-o so hoping Tesco sell it. If not I'll be trying these suggestions
