How to send / reply PM's?

Sorry if this seems a silly qn.
I've received a PM (visitor's message) and would like to reply to sender but I can't seem to find any reply function??? Pls help. Thanks.

You can get there by pressing 'Welcome, neuros' (username link) top right.
