Hi all
I know I should post this in TTC section but tbh I have no idea what people are on about in there and I'm scared I might upset people who are struggling to conceive.
I have 4 children already and LO is only 2 months but OH and I really want to try for another one. I've never really planned a pregnancy, they just kinda happened....it was usually not trying but not preventing so we knew the possible outcome would be a baby :winkwink:
I've always had irregular periods and not really had any in the past 5 years. I had a MC and we conceived LO about 18 months after which seemed to happen as soon as we gave up hope and assumed I was having an early menopause.
So I'm not expecting to see AF any time soon but I want to conceive ASAP. I would really love to know the date of conception this time.....is there any way I can work it out without relying on AF?
Any advice/ info would be greatfully received.

I would like to know this to hun, I dont really have periods due to PCOS maybe 2 or 3 a year.

It happened last time straight after coming of the pill, I have not had a period yet and I am bottle feeding

Why not invest in the ovulation kits, that's what I did when I conceived as I have longer cycles than most women. You get several sticks an you use one every day until it says your fertile which is when you then dtd. Only thing is you might use slot of sticks if you have no idea at all of when your ovulating and they can be quite expensive x x x

To know exactly you could chart. It sounds really complicated but once you start it's not at all!

Basically you take your temperature every morning and you check your cervical mucus and position. If you sign up to Fertility Friend it explains it on there. You could use ovulation kits but because you have irregular cycles you might end up wasting lots of money. Then by putting in your temperature it will tell you when you ovulated which will show conception date. Basically before ovulation your temperature will be lower and then when you've ovulate your temperature rises and stays higher until AF shows up.

I charted since we started trying and i know exactly when i ovulated etc. It does sound a bit hectic but if you want to do it it's quite interesting and not that difficult.

If you got any questions just pm me x
