Hello :)

I not tying to concieve just yet but i was looking up about ovulation on the internet and trying to use the calculates of when i will be ovulating but because i have a longer menstral cycle of something around 56 days i couldnt calculate mine as only goes to about 40 or 45 days.
does anyone know about any site that lets you calculate for longer cycles or knows of the correct way to work out your ovulation dates correctly?

many thanks

heather :)

If your cycles are consistently around 56 days, you could assume you ovulate around days 40-46, with day 42 or 43 being most-likely. The "normal" luteal phase (time from ovulation til period) is 14 days, so you subtract 14 from the day you expect your period.

Hope that helps!
