With my first son I had the traditional baby bath but couldn't move it when it had water in (due to problems with my csection) so my friend bought me a over the bath baby bath from a car boot sale!! and she sterlized it with milton - it was absolutely fantastic as put baby at a much better height, emptied into the bath and had handy indents to hold the shampoo etc... LOVED it.
.. got a over the bath one again this time (12 yrs later.... weirdly again from a booty!) and its not quite as good as my first one but use it all the time, love it - just stores on the bath when not in use and if anyone wants a bath we just pop it on the landing against the banister rail.
This is my prefered style bath and don't think I would use anything else - i know other friends who love there traditional style ones and some who hate all baths.
