How's my time looking? (cycling)

I've started using our stationary bike. Today was my 2nd time in 4 days. First day I did it I did 6.6km in 20mins (with the bike set on #2 tension) and today I did 7km in the same time with the bike still on #2 tension. Anyone know if that's any good or not?!
 
I supose it all depends on what tension 2 is :shrug:

At the gym i can do around 10km in 20 mins at level 9 but yet again what is level 9 lol

Youve gone further in the same time so youve iproved so thats all you need worry about 👍
 
So long as you are improving gradually over time then you are doing well. Enjoy!
