HSG experience.

Hi everyone,

In having my HSG on Friday. And I'm wondering what to expect...please feel free to share your experience. Seems like it's a pretty quick thing-

Mine was relatively easy and straight forward. It was a bit uncomfortable but had nothing on af. I forgot to take Tylenol before hand but they recommended I did, I also didn't eat. I had no blockages or anything sometimes they say people who do it hurts more. Dh went with even though he wasn't in the room and we had ice cream after

Fifteen minutes tops I think. It honestly depends on the person, I have a tilted cervix so it took longer to get the tubes in place.
Oh bring a pad and don't worry if you leak dye or spot for a day or so.

Mine was super quick. Maybe 10-15 minutes and it was pretty painless. I cramped for about 10 seconds when they put the tube in but other than that no pain. Waiting in the waiting room was the hardest.
Also,
I took 800mg of Tylenol about an hour before as suggested by my doc.

Mines was pretty painful n I bled heavily afterwards.

I had my hsg on 3/1 ...O'd 3/7 and bfp 3/22
