HSG tomorrow and hoping for a baby soon

I have been ttc for 3 years with no luck. I am cd8 and on metformin 500gms and duphaston for 10 days after ovulation. Going in for HSG tomorrow. Hoping it will not be very painful. FXD.

Has anyone else done this procedure and conceived the same month?

I hope and pray this will be the month.
