I had an email from huggies to say that they are stopping making huggies nappies in 2013 due to several complaints and reduce in sales!
So if your planning on stocking up on huggies then Dont as next year they won't be making them.
Just for anyones information x

Noo!! I hated pampers with my dd so it was huggies all the way for us!! Does it say whether try will relaunch them or if its just a certain type of huggies they are discontinuing? Right.. Best start stocking up!!

Totally getting rid of nappies. Keeping pull ups wipes and a few other bits x

I had a email about it too, only it gave no reason why, just that they would not be selling them in the uk anymore.
i've heard a mixture of reviews about huggies. i have a few packs but got them because i had vouchers for them anyways.

Oh bugger. I prefer huggies over all of the others. Hate their wipes tho and they are keeping those! Typical

Oh no! Huggies were my favourites I despise Pampers, think they are awful :(

Huggies factory near us has closed recently- I assumed big drop in sales

I read this yesterday... I for one will be stocking up on as many nappies as i can! I only want them in size 1,2,3 but these are what worked best for my son. It's Spring next year they will stop them in Europe. So i have around 3/4 months to stock up before we cant get them anymore :( AARRRGGGHHHH glad i have a big cupboard!

Good luck to all the shoppers! Maybe they will reduce them if they are gettin rid of them .time for you to buy extra supplies x

Arrggghhhh typical there the only brand that kept my son dry, pampers for the girls and bump is a boy so best get stocking up now x

The link doesnt work on my cell . Is it just in the uk? Or all countries?

It looks like its just the UK and Ireland according to the huggies website, and it only diapers/nappies, it does not included wipes, swim pants or training pants.

I hate huggies anyway, always use pampers active fit- best ones for us. Love the wipes and the swimming nappies- hope they're still making them?

Does anyone know when the next asda baby event, I always stock up on huggies then!

I think a lot of people will be disappointed about this but I never really liked Huggies with my daughter anyway.

Just to let those know who are looking for alternatives, I now use LIDL nappies with my daughter and will be stocking up on them for bubba too.

They are super but loads of people don't try them as they think LIDL is cheap etc.

I used them as a last alternative and love them.

xx

Just make sure you check the cost of the nappies in Costco. Yes they are cheaper but sometimes the supermarkets are cheaper for Pampers/Huggies when they have offers on. Best way is to work out the cost per nappy as they all come in different quantities for different places

V true, atm huggies are £18.03 fro 124 and asda or tesco had an offer on two for £18 pounds, its all a bit confusing sometimes lol! Particularly with babybrain lol! xx

I have to agree with some other posters! Before I cloth diapered I hated huggies...we always used Luvs and Pampers.
