hi im 36 weeks, had few problems was checked out at hospital, have been told everything is fine, but to get in touch with my midwife in 3 days as they have taken a hvs , due to the amount of discharge internally ?
does anyone know why or what this could be ??

it will simply be to see if you have an infection in your vagina and if you do what kind 
if you have been having lots of discharge then it will be to rule infection out, I had one done at 33 weeks due to an increase in watery discharge but no other symptoms and sure enough I had an aerobic infection that needed a weeks course of antibiotics to clear it up
