Hydronephrosis and duplex kidneys

oh thats good. i wonder if its not as strict as them staying perfectly still. my lil guy will be trying to roll away

they are hun. everything needs to happen july as the urologist wants his operation done between july and the first week in August. His detailed ultrasound is on the 7th but no word or calls on the other test yet. the DMSA they said would be after 6 months xx

My son wasn't put under for the mag3 either. They had a tv screen with cartoons and special sandbags around him to keep him still, then me, my husband and a nurse holding him still as well. He fought us for a bit and then fell asleep!

oh lordy i hope my lil guy will be the same. i think hes a little wary of nurses etc just now after this last hospital stay xx

Yeah, my wee boy had big foam things by him, like he was cased in and he was strapped down too! Good luck for it all! I'll be following your journey! Jason used to hate doctors and nurses but as they get older they start to flirt with the nurses and get more used to it

oh rohan turns on the charm for sure. But this last visit (we got home yesterday) he had 6 cannulas places so he really doesnt like them right now.

all these poor little ones going through all this. poor little things. Im glad your little ones are all better though xx

I thought it was going to be impossible keeping him still but it really wasn't that bad.

Poor little man. Cannulas are horrible. Jonah used to kick his out quite regularly.

Rohan did that they had three attemps in his hand. first went in ok but then the fluids they tried to put in just made his arm balloon, then the next two wouldnt go in properly. that doc gave up. someone else came later and got one in his foot. he kicked that out the next day so yet another doctor took two attemps to get the next one in his hand. xx
