Hypnobirthing CD's Books ?

i know its early days still but im not one to go to sessions of things so was wondering if anyone knew where i could get some descent hypnobirthing books /cd's ?

I'd like to know this too... I've seen that the NCT sell CD's and books but would prefer to buy on recommendation.
