I am not a cryer. I only cry about 2-3 times a year.

But this HG has me on the verge of tears. I feel so wretched I can barely function. It is making me very grumpy, and I am throwing up so much it is starting to hurt physically. I blew out a blood vessel in my eye from throwing up so violently.

I am on diclegis and zofran and it is only helping a little bit. I was already slight before I got pregnant again, and was supposed to gain 5 lb at my last appointment, and actually lost 8. I'm 5'7" and down to 115 lb. I was 123 lb.

I just want to bawl, I feel so horrible. And I have a husband, a job, two teenagers (one of whom is extremely difficult and high maintenance, both are extremely lazy) and a toddler. I can't function. I can't manage.

I'm so sorry to hear you're not doing well --I remember you from my first pregnancy!! I wish I had words of advice .. just remember you and baby come first right now the teenagers will be teenagers and need to understand! Maybe make them read about it and possibly offer incentives for helping more? I'm sorry..

Its absolutely miserable. I was like that with DD. It was horrendous. I was on cyclizine but it didn't work. I couldn't keep anything down. I had a back injury too so every time I was sick or retched it jarred my back and I was in agony. I went to the doctor and cried and said I couldn't cope with it anymore. She referred me for acupuncture and it was the only thing that worked. It really settled it. Ive got a bit of MS this time but nowhere near on the scale of DD. Yuk it was just awful. I do feel for you.
