I am really scared..

... i got my 12 week scan tomorrow. Iv had a scan already at 10+6 and everything was healthy. I was experiencing alot of pain in my tummy but the Dr told me everything was normal. But now im not getting any pains. Im not sure if this is a good or a bad thing. I am still urinating as much. Its silly little things that are scaring me. My hair has stopped growing as fast eg on my legs, lala (sorry TMI)... the lack of pains.

I know i have seen the heartbeat and my chances of miscarriage had gone down. But im still pooping myself.

Is this normal? Am i panicing?
