Nesting has kicked in and I have been clearing my kithchen cupboards (also my mother is coming for xmas. They look great now but I must have thrown away about £100 worth of out of date tins and jars. the earliest went out of date January 2002!! It was a tin of raspberries!!

I think this happens to a lot of people. I am always angry about myself since this is a waste of money, but even my mother-in-law (which seems to be a very reasonable housewife) found a tin with beans which was overdue since October 1997.

hehe i went to cook some rice the other day and realised after it tasted a bit funny that it went out of date april 2004 !!

 Thats happened to me before hun

Oh lol we all do that i went to make pasta the other day and the sauce had BBD of 2004  , thought it looked a weired colour

must have been pushed and pushed to the back of cupboard

Do you feel better now we are all scruffs Lynnie??? :D
