I'm guilty to say that I baked my first ever cake. Made from scratch.
It is a Coca-Cola cake. Not the Nigella Lawson cake.
The recipe came from the official Coca-Cola recipe book. I read about the cake from I Pick Me up's ed. Saying how she made it and I thought I will give it ago.
Well I think the first hint I shouldn't have had it.
Was the ingrediants.
It consisted of a cup of sugar, 1 and a half cups of mini marshmellows (I used large ones) and of course coca-cola. Which was one cup.
Added to that the icing also had coca-cola in it too.
All I have to say for myself is:
I'm proud I baked it. It tasted good and as I type I'm paying the price with a sick feeling in the stomach and a massive headache.
