I feel so stupid!

I thought I had lost my engagement ring and OH is at work so I decided to try find it before he returns and now I am aching like mad, all my tummy is painful and to top it off I found the ring on the top of my perfume bottle
Is it normal for tummy/lower tummy to hurt a lot?

They call that Babybrain, when you forget things alot... I also get clumsy and spill or break stuff.. I have been forgetting alot of stuff too causing a panic...

Just relax and no more stressing.. Get some rest and call it a day Glad you found your engagement ring, I would of freaked out too Congrats BTW...
