I'm starting to feel almost normal again after my miscarriage 8 days ago. The bleeding is down to minimal brown spotting, my emotions are starting to even out, and I can even feel my body gearing up to try and ovulate. (I realize I might not this cycle, but at least my body is trying at this point.)
I was feeling like cuddling yesterday and my husband and I started...you know.
When I reached the other O (before intercourse) I started cramping really bad, enough to put a halt to our activities. I'm not surprised by this, considering how soon it's been and maybe it was too soon. The cramps lasted about 20 minutes and slowing faded.
When I mentioned this to someone at work (I work in hospice type environment) the person responded 'Why don't test and see if your pregnant?'

Seems absurdly insensitive since everyone knows I just had a miscarriage. Everyone knows because I was so pissed off at my horrible treatment at the emergency room.

aw hun you poor thing, that wasnt really what they should have said was it!!

Try and put it behind you tho, i know it must be tough for you as you were getting back on track.

Some people just don't think before they speak. Try not to let it get you down too much.

I hope you're feeling better soon and can get back to BD'ing. :hugs:

Some people just don't think about what they are saying :hugs: I hope you are feeling better :hugs:

Wow, you would think they would know better, don't let that idiotic remark bother you so much though, focus on getting your body back on track and taking it easy after what you went through, and on getting your bfp. :hugs:

:dust:

Wow, what an ass lol Im sorry though. that was rude! but i hope you get your :bfp: soon hun cuz you deserve it :hugs:

Don't worry hun - there are always people who put their foot in it in life. It's like all those women who constantly ask people if they are pregnant or when they are going to get pregnant a few months after they get married. People never know what someone's situation is. I have a woman at my work like that and she constantly says things like, 'oh you are 30 - you'd better get on with it.' She doesn't know I had a miscarriage two months ago and it really hurts when people say things like that.

I hope you are feeling a bit better hun.

Try not to gt upset, she probably was just trying to make you feel better it just came out wrong.
