It just redicolous! He psychally hurt Lily and screamed in her face, shes obviously not safe there yet he gets unsupervised access and over nights.If i dont agree he gets residency of Lily its disgusting Im soo upset right now!

How can they justify residency if you say no to overnights? that's awful! It is such a backward legal system.. I think it must fail sooo many people and children by not looking at the cases in detail.

What would happen if you moved further away? Do you have a solicitor and can you appeal?
