I just cant stop eating chocolate!!! I feel sick, got seriosly bad indigestion ive eaten that much my eyes cant even see properly Help me lol

Iv seriously eaten way to much over the last 2 days, 5lb weight gain, i no most of it is water, but still ....... i need to lay off the CHOCOLATE CAKE!
