and since March last year I have done 6 IUIs with Femara, and 3 cycles of 100 mg of Clomid (which is what I got pregnant on, but never redid that exact dose). I had surgery back in Nov 2010 to remove a cyst, and during it they squirted water through my tubes, and both were completely clear. Well I had to do the same surgery again a month ago, and when my doctor squirted the water through my tubes this time, they were both completely blocked! They could have been like that since my last surgery. I am super happy that we actually might have a reason that the last 6 IUI cycles have failed, even tho DH's sperm is good, and I have good eggs, and why us replicating my BFP cycle 3 times didn't work. BUT, it really sucks we wasted like 3k doing all that stuff (I have good insurance but a crazy high deductible). Luckily he was able to get them both unblocked with the water.

I just got off going off going on the pill for 3 months (heard sometimes it helps) and trying to lose weight (which I have lost 17 lbs so far). Just got over AF after the pills, and when the next AF comes, I will start Clomid 100 mg again to see if it works the same way it did back in 08 when it got me pregnant.

I just still can't believe all those failed IUI cycles were because my stinkin tubes were blocked! I just had to share with some people that would understand how crazy, sucky, and awesome that is all at the same time.

hi, i didnt want to read and run but just wanted to wish you luck, its very hard ttc, even harder when problems present themselves. good luck for the future x
