So I was thinking about it the other day, is there a more productive way to sit to help baby get into position? Last check my babes was breach so I googled it and found all this info on OFP.
Apparently I shouldn't be sitting on the couch and should chose a hard chair or my ball to help baby get head down and posterior. And if I do chose the couch I need to be on a bunch of pillows.
Any experiences to whether this works?
