I've never started a thread so I hope I'm doing this right. I want to know if any of you have had a temp dip? I'm scared to death this means I'm about to miscarry again please any advice would be greatly appreciated. I also feel like my ( . )( . )S have deflated. My bets last week were doubling like they were supposed to but the nurse was sure to remind me it is still very early on. I could literally feel the change in my body temperature followed by a brief moment of chills

Did your basal actually dip (not a middle of the day temperature) or did you just get chills? I had horrible chills all through 1st tri. It was early summer and I was running around in cardigans and huddling under blankets.That's just hormones (probably). If your basal dips then one day doesn't mean much, but a dip of several days could be bad news. And the coverline is just a guideline too!

bky, it was a middle of the day temp. I stopped taking my bbt awhile back but I all of the sudden felt very cold so I temped and it was low. Im trying VERY hard to remain positive but tis is way harder than I ever imagined.......Every little thing scares the crap outta me. I see you have a scan today, let me know how it goes. Boy or Girl?

It was actually yesterday for me since I live in the future (NZ) and it's....probably a girl since it was uncooperative and we couldn't see any boy bits.
I know how hard it is to worry.
When I was early on after I got my bfp I took my bbt around once a week just to keep an eye on it. It got a little low a few times but never dipped into my pre O ranges.

How exciting! I can't wait to get far along enough to get a scan..... My temp is back up today so I have decided not to temp again.

definitely stop temping hun i know how hard it is, i am over 6 weeks and i am still POAS every couple of days!!! Like its been said before, one temp isnt going to show you anything Sending love and strength your way x
