I need to have my blood test on CD3 but that might be a saturday or sunday...now what

my hospital dont do a blood test on saturday or sunday so what do i do if it needs to be on that day?

I ran into that problem too and the dr had me come in late on a Friday afternoon.

Ok thanks, might have to phone the hospital and ask if AF comes tomorrow....they specifically asked for CD 2 or CD3

Hey chick - yep mine landed on a sunday so i was told to go in on the Monday - Doc basically said that if it fell on a saturday then go on the friday and if it fell on a sunday go Monday x

Think the others are right - either the Friday or the Monday.

but if i get AF tomorrow day time i wont be able to go friday as the hospital appointments are 7.00am - d'oh

If you get af tomorrow day time and go for your bloods first thing on Monday it should be ok. xxx

My hospital asked that if it fell on a weekend for me to go to one of the wards to have it done. You could ask if this is a possibility.

you will be in and out in seconds! is it at the hospital or at a fertility clinic?
I know at the hospital it was like being at the deli counter - i picked a number and was only in the hospital grounds for 5 mins!! ha ha

good luck bird24,keep us posted hun im aving to av cd21 done,as i had bloods done at a consultant for somat eles and they were checking my hormones n ive low estrogen,so if its same on cd21 i'll av2go see gyne and go form there,hopin its not guna take mths

Hey ladies

My AF finally arrived on thursday after 42 days....longest ever!!!

I had bloods done on friday CD2 which is fine as she said CD 2 or 3 would be fine

now gotta wait for fertility appointment in November for the results but i'm gonna call and ask them to try and bring it forward as thats so long to wait...hopefully they will have a cancellation or something and can fit me in xx
