I need your advice ladies

I dont really know where to post this but i have had slight bleeding since 10.30pm last night it only seems to be there when i wipe and is not appearing in my urine. Im mega confused as its fresh blood.
Now i think this may be the time my period would be due but i didnt have this last month. Ive never had spotting either so dont know what this is like.
I phoned EPAU and NHS24 and they basically said if i dont have big clots, lots of bleeding or in lots of pain there is nothing that they can do at the moment which seems really unfair.
I had a M/c last january and this feels nothing like at as i just bled like a period and passed clots etc.
I know its just a waiting game but really just looking on advice if anyone else has been through this?

hey lady.... i'm also 8 weeks 3 days and at 5 weeks i had bleeding but mine was a dull brown and stopped ater 4 days. although when i was in hospital they told me an implantation bleed can come anytime up to 10 weeks if it doesnt come straight out for any reason. because the blood is fresh i would keep my eye on it, and what they have told you is bullshit, get back on the phone or go wait at a and e and they'll have to arrnage a scan or something for you for tomorrow. xxxxx

I have just spoken to a friend and she advised me that 2 of her friends who went along to have boys had bleeding throughout their pregnancy i believe that is an old saying tho boys like cleaning out lol

Gonna keep an eye on it today and will phone doctors tomorrow and explain maybe he will get me referred early as my next scan is meant to be the 19th

I would go to the doctors hun, bleeds are incredibly common but you don't want to be panicking. I had a bleed (red blood, and quite a bit) at 6 weeks yet all was fine at the 8 week scan. Good luck

I know i should go to doctors but i really dont want to as i will just get myself worked up if its a waste of time and he doesnt do anything so i think the safest bet is just waiting for scan next friday.

I actually feel alright as it seems to have stopped now so thats a promising sign. i have just came off the phone to epau and was advised that bleeding is fairly common and 1 in 3 women have it throughout pregnancy. they also said it could be down to implantation bleeding as it happens with some people later on.
