i was twisting over to check my phone which is plugged in on my night stand on the other side of my bed and when i straightened back out i got a sharp pain in my rib area on the left side of my boob. i didn't move quickly or in a weird way so i don't even know how this happened. anything like this happen to anyone else? is this one of those muscles are loose during pregnancy things?
