I quit smoking three days ago

How do i get rid of the cough. Its almost as if my asthmas back.

When i was about 8 i really used to suffer and was in hospital a lot. It was like Whooping Cough.
And thats wat its like now. A really painful bark. Any tips on how to get rid? xx

i had that when i quit smoking aswell its really bad! i also had asthma quite bad when i was younger, best thing you can do is go to the doctors and ask him for some new inhalers or nebules if you have a nebaliser at home! It stops after about 2 weeks but its very annoying! congrats on quiting hun its tough!

it shouldnt be permanent, most people get it when they quit, iv never had astma but i still had a horrible cough.
Lol it does feel rlly ironic tho that u quit to be healthier and all of a sudden u have the worst cough uv had in ages

I've still got the cough. Not had any fags tho go me

Its at night now when the cough is bad. Think it could be cos everythings settling on my lungs?? Maybe? Not sure x

it will clear eventually, my dh suffered really bad when he quit
